Not necessarily. First, the company refers to WOGI because
a) that is customary
b) the company is followed by "through" its subsidiary, EPA Petroleum.
So, okay, WOGI "was" registered, past tense (or so they say, since there is no way that I know of to confirm this) with Ergon Oil.
But the "WOGI's wholly owned subsidiary" that follows is NOT itself qualified by anything that would suggest that it is or is not still a subsidiary. If it isn't, why even mention it, since there is nothing public to confirm that said contract ever existed? On the other hand, sticking that detail into an otherwise paltry and poorly worded press release suggests that WOGI has a subsidiary capable of doing any business whatsoever.
Btw, the filings that were just released state that EPA Petroleum is still a subsidiary, so are they lying to OTCM?
