The News states World Oil Group has entered into negotiations again. The statement that states EPA Petroleum was a history lesson of how the Pennsylvania deal went down. So with that in mind it does not matter that EPA Petroleum is inactive because World Oil Group is active and World Oil Group is oiling up the oil pumpers in Pennsylvania. IMO
