Are we sure that Phillip Morris took the Anatabloc related IP and not just the tobacco related patents? Why would Jonnie buy shares of a defunct, worthless company unless it has some intrinsic value?

I've always wondered how Anatabloc was licensed to Hydropharm. There must be some kind of relationship and with whom, I don't know.
