Yup all single use plastics got the ban hammer. Bags, straws that type of stuff. I did alot of looking earlier and India is in fact looking for alot of PVC all the government procurement sites are filled with requests for piping and pipe laying. Huge rebuilding is taking place in India right now. I think wiring is also going big there right now. This deal seems like the real deal and it probably isnt even the largest of the contracts that are being offered for PVC
