Absolutely it is, while protecting the 2%, and wiping out all of the regular investors who gave a lot more to this company that the 2% did. At least money vs our total wealth.
Let's face it, guys like RJ may have given millions, but percentage wise, we have more of out total net worth than any of the 2% big dogs

And now we are about to be repaid by wiping out all out shares, to never see any profit.

We all know know Noreen has no conscience for people, but let's hope the 2% see that they will actually make millions upon millions of dollars if they vote this down and do it the right way. A RS will need to happen, but now is not the time, and this is not the right way
