Plutus update in a few days of their new partner. IMO That 50m could possibly be true hence no need for ICO I am not doubting everything here, and I could be wrong about everything, what I have stated here negatively has been 100% opinion. John could gain some trust by a little communication with some progress of something. Something as small as renewing the business license says a lot, right now almost 70k on the ask and only 18k on the bid. Longer they take, the harder this stock will be to move when the pump does happen. They could have had a private investor commit 50m, or multiple investors, during the 2017-early 2018 crypto pump and now they are already committed, who knows.
