This was the point from the earlier poster (Indexguy?), which I believe is really valid.

I get the math on all the numbers you cite, but if the test was really THAT valuable, why didn't Pestell sell Prostagene for much more than 16m (i.e., the approx value of the shares received at closing).

With the cash, he could have turned around and STILL bought 10% of CYDY if he wanted, with plenty of money to spare!

To me, logic says the test ain't worth that much ... for now, anyway.
