You falsely state “Hundreds of millions of shares out there owned by scammers owned at ZERO”
Every bit of stock issued has been accounted for. As I have repeatedly posted, unaudited financials are available since 2012. See below for the information available for any that want to know facts about the company. I have posted it and questioned why ROTH should be held to a different standard than any other company that posts unaudited results and therefore is on otcmarkets.
Name date and price paid along with other required information are listed for shares sold or issued for services in each quarterly supplemental for the 2 years prior. I note that since the 2012 annual report (earliest listed filing on otcmarkets.com) which lists back to 4/15/2010, just before ROTH purchased Sucanon rights from BIOHF and Rieveley family, when 127,500,000 shares were outstanding, all share sales and prices have been listed up to the current period. Let's be clear that what is required and what other companies do is release ongoing sales for the 2 years prior in the filings. What others have asked is to list information for ALL shares outstanding, which would include any sales and public trading since inception of a trading market for ROTH shares, which is not done by any company period. That is why despite me identifying this issue and challenging the clearly unreasonable request, there has been no posting of any example listed company that actually lists in real time all sales, prices, and owners.
As an investor that has never sold any shares of ROTH, the posting of verifiably false information about the company and product is disturbing and unethical at the very least. If the situation were that dire, there would be no need to manufacture false information to embellish in an attempt to 'prove' a predetermined false conclusion.
