DRYS, a year or 2 ago(on the big board). Multiple reverse stock splits. And investor like ourselves, who invested $200,000 in less than a year, their stock was worth $2
Hopeful, if the stock was going to be worth all that, regardless of a 1:1000 reverse stock split
And...the 10% Cytocom stock was going to impact a company so much to make it 10x the value it is and send our stock way up....
Why over the last year has Noreen been selling preffered stock or warrents at .005 to only the major shareholders, and the people who they owe money to...lawyers and the such at a 1:10 reverse stock limit?
If everything is going to be as you say, why give out, sell reverse protected stock quietly behind the scenes to only the big dogs, the CEO, contractors and the board?
Why would they need these reverse protections, if everything is going to shoot through the roof after Cytocom finally goes public?
I am really curious to your perspective. Because, in my thought process, if everything was going to take off after a reverse, there would be no reason to have been quietly issuing out shares behind the scenes to the big shareholders with a 1:10 reverse stock protection.
Thoughts please
