It’s obvious the original deal fell through from both sides because there was back taxes owed on the company of 3800 dollars. In which Jason acting in good faith paid. Then shares were converted equal to the 3800 dollars to pay the back taxes in which Jason would have been refunded. There never was a round reached for 2.5 billion shares to be liquidated so this would nullify any equity agreement. So it wasn’t legal for them to issue shares for the 3800 dollars. In essence this left Jason holding the cards. The only toxicity is in your imagination
