Been hearing that for over a year. And here we are...still.
How do you know they have lined up legal counsel? That is not my writing. I think they have a good chance of surviving in one form or another. Sure hope so, but I long stopped worrying about it. I consider it gone but I do see a ray of hope and so do many others. Some here have no shares remaining so why would they even continue to post? Sounds fishy to me. Lobster anyone?
