I don't know if that's the case but they did have over 600k cash on hand as of the latest quarterly report. I'm sure they will use that and other means to make the payment. Doesn't make any logical sense not to, since they have already paid $3 mil and they are basically putting all their eggs as of now into Sofpulse.

As far as Mann is concerned, he has been buying consistently as we all know over the past 2 yrs, at all different price levels. I first bought ENDV when it came down from its meteoric rise, at .08. Mann's buying has only a temporary effect in propping the share's up in my opinion. It's only a very small percentage each day that he is buying, but it definitely has added up over the past 2 yrs. No real reason for him to buy like this out of his own pocket, other than he believes long term for his stock.
