Right, those NOL's are a gold mine, that's why so many bids were received for the company during the SISP process, companies falling all over each other fighting to get their bids in first so their accountants could go hog wild.

Oh, wait, not one company saw value in buying the company to acquire those NOL's in exchange for assuming the $60M in hard debt. I guess they're all stupid.

Or maybe they just don't believe in fantasies.
