Cohen Scammers led by Mike Irving sand Barry Hall both who involved with the SEC action against UBAI keep selling stock at any price to unsuspecting Marks. ITS INSOLVENT!!!!! Proof the real scam biz is printing stock!! And just to boot--the State of Nevada REVOKED its business license!
