This is one of those useless 20 year old Preferred Shares that does nothing but hinder the advancement of Freddie Mac moving forward. There is no point in keeping this series of Preferred around.

Will it ever see Par?
NO

Will it ever pay a dividend?
NO

And for that matter ALL CURRENT PREFERRED shares will never see Par and will never receive another patent in dividends.

No point in owning them.
