But he hired a lawyer specialized in reverse mergers. For what, if he only wants to acquire companies?

The note on the website is only to make clear that that website is from RGH, not from RGG, but, it doesn't mean the reverse merger will not happen, IMO.

That is to not create confusion, and, to defend themselves from some legal problems, due to the names of both companies being very similar.
