"Good to hear from you again.  Since our last discussion regarding the USPS contract, there have not been any updates provided.
 
Given that we’re still under certain limitations related to disclosure, Workhorse has not provided any updates regarding the expected timeline for the USPS decision nor are we aware of any updated guidance from the USPS.  Moving forward, we can add you to our email distribution list if you’d like.  That way, we can provide you with updates when we are able.

So...yea. Absolutely no new info. IMO this stock tanked bc USPS presented a guidance, missed it, then failed to present a new guidance for the NGDV initiative.
