You can see the active legal judgments including those from the IRS, the State of Florida (some State of Florida tax judgments were satisfied and some were not--the IRS is still open), DHL and others. You can check the Florida court records and see that Stuart Burchill has multiple charges and some convictions. The Felony trial was discontinued but you should be troubled that State of Florida presented the deposition of Rudi Dekkers, a convicted felon, during the trial.
If you take the time to read the bogus financials that Stuart Burchill posted you will find that there is no mention of any of the legal judgments from the IRS, the State of Florida, DHL and others. In fact, the financials clearly state that Industrial Nanotech does not pay taxes!
Yes it is true that it is "old news" that Industrial Nanotech is a classic fraud and I encourage everyone to do their own research prior to investing any money or sending money for the bogus products.
