I found the CDA parts interesting. That part took lawyers and was fairly deep into the process. Leo advised we have around 20 and most likely more. I figured it was deep into the process but after reading this it clicked.

The data room part was interesting too and very deep into process. After cda obviously. Also they denied data room access based on potential interest and offer.
