Massive volume with a tiny rally then a fall = "something's fishy"

I don't like the idea of insiders selling into a small rally. It's possible some of the selling is due to the company raising cash to fund the next leg of research, or just just the paid promoters taking their cut for promoting the company before a significant positive announcement, but the large volumes leave me uneasy.

The bottom line for me is: If any party (management, SmallCap, Lebed, etc.) really thinks the share price will continue to rise substantially, they would not be selling at these levels. Now it seems as though a lot of people who have some sort of connection to the company have this view.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a long-term investor who will continue to hold the stock, but if we settle back to the .60 range and volume dries up again, I'll be less confident as the Abbott deadlines approach.
