*facepalm*...that is not how Level 2 works...it came in green bc that price was higher than the previous order executed...it was a sell into the bid. I watched it. Just bc it is green does not mean a buy (slapping the ask). The ask at that time was in the high .16's and that was the highest bid and it was taken out.
