If PV has the F/S I don't know what he is waiting for...all he is doing is creating uncertainty and volatility which flippers like....they same ppl who sold at 11, could be buying now, and when the F/S hit they will be buying again and selling at 11 again....PV said he would give us F/S when he receives them, not after he plays a few games with flippers....whoever suggests this as the reason for the delay is a paid pumper.
