BTW, a main reason I advise investors to steer clear of Ultra High Yield stocks is because they are far too complex for most investors to understand. Heck, I doubt many buyers know what an mREIT is or how one can differ [wildly] from another. Not only do they differ in leverage and hedging and in the assets they own... but they sometimes change business plans on a dime.

I don't buy Black Box investments!
