"NRZ has been a great play for the last three years." I suspect that's ALL "Doc" knows about NRZ. I doubt he's dug deeply into NRZ's complex SEC filings and audits to determine the sustainability of those dividends under various economic scenarios.

Likely Doc's brand new to the stock market from various things he's posted, and not just that he grotesquely referred to stock symbols as "call letters."

Would you want to publish a review of NRZ shares? I wouldn't. There's simply too much that's unknowable.
