That's what's going through my mind, just in a more basic layout.... Dilution is the name of the game and Lagan hasn't pumped this in awhile...hint hint. BUT, I'm not so sure I want to get caught in the pump when the 1/10000 RS drops. Just too many other plays ATM that don't require such a risk in trading capital. Hmmm


I think they will drop it more and then possibly run it in order to close the gap in funds needed to close on the Hospital along with continued funds to fund the existing 2 Hospitals.
