Its really interesting this example. Look around page 15ish...
This company is requiring agreements be made and CDA's to do more DD and would not allow them otherwise. It talks about "MINUTES" from the FDA meeting EOP 1 and how other suitors started jumping in after that meeting.

Very Very interesting. We have had almost 20 CDA's for a while now...just think about all the dinners and discussions with BP CEO's that we have had.
