Yet just today we were provided with an example of one drug developer that dangled a seat at their upcoming EOP2 meeting as leverage to get a deal signed BEFORE the meeting, creating some heightened competition among 3 interested parties and succeeded at finalizing their deal.

I guess common sense didn't apply in that case :o)

But if in the IPIX case there is only one interested party they may very well wait. The minutes of the meeting will be made available by the FDA within 30 days of the meeting and the Company will be free to share them with any interested parties at that point.
