On Nevada Secretary of State when there is a name change filed they just change the name. Here are two screen shots showing the Before and after pictures. Notice the entity number and NV Business ID is the same telling us this is the same company. Before Nansensors after Green Zebra. Nevada doesnt say look here is a name change you have to match up the company id/entity numbers to know a name change was filed. Now we know Name change filed for Nanosensors, New Name Green Zebra.
