My view on PIOE's seeming lack of forward looking news.

First of all I would argue that there was significant forward looking statements in their Annual Report to Stockholders for FY 2017. One only needs to go back and re-read that report to find it.

Also, we should be reminded of the "Special Note Regarding Forward-Looking Statements" found in that report.

We have no obligation to publicly update or revise any forward-looking statements, whether as a result of new information, future events or risks, except to the extent required by applicable securities laws. If we do update one or more forward-looking statements, no inference should be drawn that we will make additional updates with respect to those or other forward-looking statements. New information, future events or risks could cause the forward-looking events we discuss in this report not to occur. You should not place undue reliance on these forward-looking statements, which reflect our expectations only as of the date of this report.

I know most of this is fairly standard cautionary info, but when questioning why no forward-looking news has been released recently, one should be aware of their strict guidance on forward-looking statements given above.

Anyway, to get back to why there seems to be a lack of forward looking news items for this company, my view can be summarized with the two extreme possibilities given below:

1) Either PIOE/RCP has no well-developed future plans (my most pessimistic possibility).

2) Or PIOE/RCP chooses not to release their future plans until a specific goal (such as an acquisition) is either close to completion or has, indeed, been completed.

Imho its not helpful to even speculate on why they have chosen one path or another for their disclosures. It all comes down to a matter of TRUST in management which I have an abundance of. Otherwise, why would I be holding PIOE for the long-term?

Obviously all of the above is just my own opinions. Feel free to express your own opinions on this topic.

Sorry for the length of this post. Just wanted to express my views.

Happy New Year to all and best of luck to PIOE longs in 2019!
