Capital raise

I know Alex said they wouldn't raise money using the CSE, but that makes little sense to me. Alain stated that the point of the CSE listing was to access capital and have a more liquid trading market. The latter condition has been satisfied, to some extent, through PP shares hitting the market. That said, Canadian cannabis funds typically won't take positions in US OTC, so the CSE listing opens up the opportunity to sell shares to them.

Not sure why he'd restrict himself to PP and not take advantage of more liquid and better priced venues like CSE. The only explanation I can come up with is that they want shares locked up, but I think that's a bad reason.
