Logically, the share price should hover here or even drop until the vote results or the end of the year, unless of course there is a buyout.
Dew et al, im down 14%-15%, so that makes me a lousy investor, however the lesson learned for me here is....
-no significant insider ownership,
-red flag with 10 year warrants sold to hedgees,
-breakeven earnings guidance is further out than the cash on hand.
