Believe there are those on this board who are more informed about Wddd and may have had contact with T Kidron who could approach Kidron for his views on some sort of if not direct collaboration at least a discussion with xspa regarding contingience league approach. Perhaps a note to xspa CEO to stimulate thoughts on having the IP portfolio evaluated with the objective of contingent legal assistance. All xspa has to do is start the legal process , if on contingency xspa executive's really have little to do but to let a legal team handle the process. It would certainly not hurt the pps of xspa.

Anyone on the board in contact with Tom please forward these couple of posts with Tom. Piratica could you contact exe's with our posts perhaps we could stimulate there thoughts on this and possibly set up a phone call between tom and xspa exe's. Expo should also talk to Uoip re legal representation on contingency.
