I do not think it will have any major effect on the stock price until the financing is complete and we will know more about the plans. The market is focused on things that happen in the short term, such as cash dividend, dividend of Tri-Way shares. However, in a few years, the agreement can create very high values for shareholders. If they are successful in Angola, chances are great for several major contracts in Africa. I personally hope that they will own at least 25% of the facilities in Angola. It would be good to also have assets outside China / Hong Kong.
