Who will gett to be the Chapter 11 DIP financier - Mudrick or Monroe?

That is what this litigation boils down to. There is no way GSAT can roll over its debt in 1H2019 with this court case going on (and with interest rates rising).

So it's a fight to the death to see which of the two gett to be the Chapter 11 DIP financier and then take the company - Mudrick or Monroe?

In either case, the common stock equity of existing shareholders will be reduced to fine dust.
