The Whitepaper is updated as it is needed, it is not a monthly thing. So the fact that you do not see a new update for Oct or Nov means it has not been updated in a few months. I think ImpactPPA has updated their white paper more often than most do.

If Dan gets enough money he will fix WSTI. It might take some time once he gets the money.
Even though the stock went up then all the way down and got suspended, other than being delayed nothing has really changed in the big picture we have been talking about for 3 years. We actually have a bit less debt now and appear to be closer to jobs starting and financing.
I think we will see something underway by the end of the year. Hopefully if that happens he can carve enough out of there to finish India and get that firm PPA financed. IF he gets an investor or two (and maybe he has already I do not know), then we could be in better shape.
I think the fact that he was in Belize was a good sign we are still in the hunt.
I think if he does get things on track he will get some help from having more people around him so he can focus on what he does best.
