Thats cool if they make a profit on them. Low bidding projects just to win them is just wonderful! Few cost overruns, few delays, ya lost money winning the contract. But....when your local gov't subsidizes you, who cares? Just keep people working. Bombardier is basically a government run business. Will always need gov't money...

They have a habit of boasting about sales numbers on the aviation side. Always delivered more planes than competitors.....flip the page, competitors always made more money delivering less. SMH. Not sure what the rail side does. Sounds like they have their share of issues too. Ala Toronto!
