Alex and the team can't draw salaries until they raise $5mm. Warrant exercises could get them part of the way there, but they really need to do an institutional offering. A $5mm raise at the current market cap is obviously not smart and they won't do it.

They need the market cap to be at least $50mm IMO to do a sufficient raise. Let's see what they have up their sleeves.
