How can this company do a deal worth billions?! They haven't updated social media in years and several people I know in China who follow business closely have never heard of them? Maybe they just don't Aqua business but what would you think in whatever country you're from if a company you've never heard of supposedly was going to run a multi billion dollar project in Angola?!

And one would assume that if such plans really existed on any serious level these companies heads would meet in Angola, publish some pics shaking hands on the deal and having a glass of champagne together.
No such info, nothing from the other side available regarding his deal.
Once again when there should be evidence of the business on any practical normal level it gets really shady...
