At least the DRUS is communicating and not in the dark. DRUS is also in compliance with the SEC so with that being said as long as the they are Diluting for the right reasons like paying the loans then hopefully everything will work it's self out in the end. If they contracts with the Government then I'm sure they can only disclose certain information IMO. I can't predict if RS will happen or not but as long as they keep shareholders updated then what else could you want or expect.
