FORT MYERS, Fla. & CALGARY, Alb. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - NeoMedia Telecom Services, a provider of services to the telecommunications industry and a business unit of NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: NEOM), announced today that the signing of an agreement with MPGC, Inc., of Dallas - one of its biggest customers -- to take over part of its U.S.-based business.
NeoMedia Telecom will now work directly with customers previously serviced by MPGC, an aggregator of telecom services. NeoMedia Telecom will provide these customers -- service bureaus in the U.S. -- with networks and billing services, as well as offer them other business solutions and services.
NeoMedia Telecom anticipates that revenues from the previous MPGC customers could be as much as $2.5 million over the next 12 months.
