Cofepris(Mexico’s Health Canada) released package of 38 products with cannabis

The Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks ( Cofepris ) released the first package of 38 products with cannabis and its derivatives. Of the total, 21 are supplements , nine cosmetics, six foods and two raw materials .

Julio Sánchez y Tépoz , owner of Cofepris, said that to date 43 applications were received, but only 38 products met the requirements and will be marketed , exported or imported by seven national and foreign companies.

The 38 products are the first release of cannabis products in Mexico . The companies with Mexican, American and Spanish capital authorized for sale are:

CBD Science.?
Endo Natural Labs.?
Master Pharmacies.?
Med Mex.?
Organic Oils of America (of US capital).?
Finat Mexico (of Spanish capital).
