I got some questions about what happened yesterday, so here is my opinion.
When I found the reinstatement and new officers on 11/15 I started buying shares, because I noticed that the new officers are RM specialists. On 11/16 they filed for a name change to Bioquest Corp, which hit NVSOS 11/20. First thing I did was looking for Bioquest Corp. I noticed there are more Bioquests, so wasn't sure at first it was https://www.bioquestinc.com/ But after some digging I found this, where is says that the website for Bioquest Corp. is bioquestinc:

So unless Bizstanding is wrong or there are more companies that are name Bioquest Corp, I still think this company comes in. The new officers are just facilitating this merger (as others here stated as well), and I expect an officer change after all filings are completed and Finra approved name/ticker change.

I was surprised about the volume yesterday. It was the day after Thanksgiving and market was open just half a day, yet it started running after the opening bell and there was way more volume than the days before after reinstatement and name change, at a much higher PPS. There wasn't a promo, so what caused this spike in both volume and shareprice? Sure ihub traders jumped in when they saw this running, but my guess is it were insiders who started this run and bought most of the shares yesterday, because they knew what was coming. When I noticed the 8k after close it supported that guess.

So what about the 8k? First, you have to know that CAFS is not a SEC-filer. That means there is no obligation to file an 8k. The fact that they did is an indication they want to become a SEC-filer again. So that's a good sign. But I won't deny that the RS sucks. It's way too high and whipes out all current shareholders. Nobody knows if and when this will happen. As long as it doesn't show up on the DL there is no rs. Could be days, weeks or months.

I'm not giving advise what people should do Monday. Every trader has to make that decision himself. After the opening I expect some selling. But, if my guess is true and it were insiders buying yesterday, I assume they are more than willing to buy up all those shares and we could see an nice recovery after the sellers are done, even closing higher. We'll see how it plays out.

I won't be around here until monday, so wish everbody good luck and a great weekend!
