We know we have a failing company when:

1) the price is down 90%
2) the CEO claims an audit will happen, but it never does
3) the CEO claims a share reduction will happen, but it never does
4) the CEO claims a SECOND share reduction will happen, but it never does
5) the CEO claims a name change will happen, but it never does
6) the CEO claims a move to CO will happen, but it never does
7) no matter what good “news” is released on twitter- the price fight to stay out of .000’s
8) the CEO goes on unhinged Twitter rants against investors.

Just because people have negative things to say about ONCI, doesn’t mean it’s on the verge of a turn around. People talk bad about lots of terrible things simply because those things are....terrible.
