Because the judge is still giving the plaintiffs one last opportunity to put forward a prima facie reasonable case before dismissing absolutely - but the bullshit detector comes into play here and that’s why he is demanding details of the claims including the dates on which they arose. He’s not going to give them diddly squat without something compelling.
And if he finally dismisses it then the issue of CVBT’s costs and damages comes into play. Court dates are appropriate to deal with those.
I think you can relax, Johnny. The company has been convinced from the get-go that this was a dog which wouldn’t hunt. Now it’s the plaintiffs who need to worry, not us.
