Hate to say it, but Stock Barber has been correct when saying that what appears on the short report as naked shorting has with DRUS typically been diluted shares hitting the market. When DRUS next updates the outstanding shares, look for it to be another hundred or two hundred million (or more). I wouldn't be surprised if, before they do the ticker change to Bantec, they raise money by diluting through most of the 1.5B authorized shares, increase the AS to 5 billion and reverse split, and dilute for years to pay off their debt. There's not sufficient income to make monthly payments without regularly printing new shares by the tens and hundreds of millions.

It's too expensive for retail to short sub-penny stocks. Market makers do naked short stocks such as this, since they don't have the fees retail does and the margin requirement is a nonissue, but they typically cover within minutes or hours - they don't hold. Instead, they just rinse and repeat the next day. So a short squeeze is unlikely. If/when this runs someday for whatever reason, it'll retail chasing and market makers manipulating, and the run won't last more than a day before more dilution/note conversion.
