Next week is key going into first week of December

I am going to predict based on the increased info coming
out on Twitter. The Political based comments , the US Farm
Bill will definitely have gained a definite path by end of
Month , the appearance of a "mystery" poster that showed
all the proposed items continue to come true , just like the
last months
--
That the CE comes down and there is a FULL PRESS Marketing effort
that starts up which puts GREENLINK in the forefront into December
and 'kickstarts' into 2019.
