RNVA-It's getting to be about that time that every investor who has lost money due to this sham to collect all Seamus posts/tweets/public correspondence that shows a breach with shareholders. I've lost $13K and I'm sure there are others who have lost a decent amount.

We need to prepare to go to SEC and Finra and file a formal complaint as a group with all documentation outlining losses and communication which can show intent to defraud shareholders.

If everyone who is disgusted with Seamus will check and hold any communication showing deception or intent to defraud, that will go along way when the time is right to go to SEC and Finra.

In the end, we may get nothing. However, there are whistleblower payments the Federal Gov't pays which can be substantial and may cover some/all our losses if they take action. Seamus should be put out in the desert with us all so we can stone him to death and then leave him to the vultures.

I don't like to walk away losing $13K from any scam without at least a fight. Right now my gut says they are going to do exactly as you laid out Bids and take it private as he can't get back on Nasdaq due to shady activity.
