Oh, well that I've seen numerous times. I don't think it's termed "voluntary revocation" though. It's simply the process of abandonment after being suspended by the SEC for failing to file. What happens to the company, if there even is one, afterwards, I don't think anyone knows.

But anyway, they filed their 15-12G back in 2016 so it doesn't pertain here.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
