Tomsen; I'm not saying that NSPR management are perfect and mistakeless. I'm only saying that all you say about them, are totally aplicable to ALL (or near to all) managements of penny stock companies. Just read forums and there's plenty of people complaining about them exactly for the same reasons (for betraying and destroying sharehoders, for being incompetent, etc...). And that's because penny stock and start up companies face same huge problems: desperate need for cash, desperate need to be compliant with market rules, etc... And these common huge problems led them to follow same paths to survive: offerings, reverse-splits, and all that kind of decisions which hurt common shareholders. I'll say better than did previously: It's NSPR fault, but it's penny stocks / start-up companies fault as a whole. That's the game we have to play, like ir or not.
