i'm a retired lawyer with decades of investing experience. And I know enough to never recommend specific stocks. But I do often advise NOT buying certain investments... often mREITs or anything as inscrutable as NRZ. I'd certainly never recommend Pink Sheet medical stocks. Many of them are scams.

BTW, I have skimmed NRZ's most recent SEC 10-Q filing... twice. One of my sub-hobbies is arcane accounting. It's 151 pages long! I passed on NRZ!!!
